You obviously seem to know more than the rest of us. If it is all so positive why are we giving away half the company at a 50% discount,favouring new shareholders of unknown origin and marginalising the long term shareholders.
Your view reminds me of the ancient parable of Jason and the Argonaughts going off in search of the golden fleece.
