Hard to say what particular activity has put another fire under the good ole roc - but 6% already is pretty gain for a morning.
Maybe its the strength underpinning oil. maybe general recovery. Maybe the very strong hint that Beibui is commercial and will be fastracked to productrion. Maybe the gas drill in the UK has come up trumps. Maybe the deal in Nigeria, maybe the drill activity in EG, maybe the 3d seismics in Cabinda show the 1 billion barrels they target to find, maybe Mauritania has thrown up another success and Chinguetti is showing improvement, maybe cliff head is producing above expected production rates.
Theres so much damn good stuff happening with ROC its like a candy factory for investors.
