re: sellers disappearing Agree, this has been frustrating to hold so far but I am very bullish, even moreso than ever before, on PBI, I think Blokes is right on all counts except one, the next six m onth comment should be adjusted to the next six years!

I cannot see much to intefere with regular, consistent and very healthy growth for PBI in the future, we are over the hump as far as transitioning from development, and are now moving rapidly into a sales/commercialisation phase before the regular and largely passive income kicks in.

THEN we will continue to grow but will add excellent yield into the equation as well.

Happy to have some cold water poured on me here as I am perhaps seeing things through rose coloured glasses??
