now i am just playing devils advocate here but we are expecting an ann to come out and as mentioned it was +.30 that seems to be expected...?
Well do you think that part of the rise over the past 2 weeks has been factored into the positive expected news or am i way off the mark?

I was topping up today at .195 as i believe that there is still a good rise to come. but anyone have any thoughts?
