I'm guessing that the silence from ABU may be connected the performance of the plant during commissioning following the agreed 10,000 Tonne batch and conditions attached to the commencement of the formal lease from Tanami.
The Tanami side may possibly be using "conditions precedent" to extract either some improvement or termination of the entire agreement to lease.
The Coyote plant may be having trouble with the ABU ore or mechanical/process failures and similar issues.
There is to possibility that the new workforce now engaged is taking much longer than expected to learn how to operate the plant without breaking something !
