    Do you know what the commissioning-related issues are? Commercial production was declared 8 months ago so it was a strange choice of wording for the last announcement. Based on the mining numbers in the last quarterly and the comment that "mining throughput and production was constrained at times" it sounds like they have ongoing mining issues.
