Yes. It has been at anchor since Sunday just bobbing about at sea with no apparent attempt for the pilot to go aboard and steer her into Berth 4. She should have loaded and departed days ago but was held up in Fremantle for some reason.
In the meantime the HSL TAMPA which is also booked for Berth 4 to take on Zircon and Mineral Sand (clearly ILU's) has also arrived and is at anchor.
Whats the betting it gets priority over the AAL NANJING. At this rate it could be next week before it gets loaded and departs.
