    June is the end of the quarter. You would expect the quarterly report for Q2 to be released a couple of weeks after the quarter finishes. Given Q2 coincides with EOFY it's a busy time of year so Q2 report could take longer to release than Q1.

    You would hope for the directors sake they are not withholding any information that could materially affect the share price.
