Yeah thanks RandallGraves, we know the production rate is not what anticipated at this stage, MSP probs, etc. That's why the SP is back to where it was about 18 months ago.
We are only really guessing at what the issues actually are but if we hold or buy we are assessing that these problems can be overcome. HMC shipments per month at present are probably part of Pan B while the issues are rectified - prudent I would think under the circumstances.
