I find the speculation on this thread fascinating in regard to loading of product. So thought I may add another observation. HSL Tampa arriving in port 5/7 berth 4 Batavia Shipping as agent, loading 13kt Zircon. Same agent and berth as other STA consignments. Pretty sure Iluka don’t generally use Batavia.
While MSP may not be fully operational it is likely to be producing some product and this may explain the lower than expected HMC production
