    $1.23 diluted NTA would be ok. LRF could run up to $1.10 and still be trading at a 10 to 15% discount which is still a large discount. With plenty of listed investment companies trading at close to NTA plenty of upside left.

    Taking into account that not all options will be exised, further adds to discount. And the sharebuyback limits any downside risk.

    I agree with ipod a share price of over $1.15 in the next 3 months is a distinct possibility.
