    For what its worth, my call to Reefton gave me the answer I was looking for. Asked question on prospect of application being successful, given a negative, a placement has been made . Question on who, negative. Question on why RTM not giving existing shareholders rights to issue, again negative. Sold my holdings @ verygood profit today, and will wait to see results, will also consider going to AGM
