Whilst i agree with nearly all of your theories about take overs i feel that Casey is a very astute man and even if sto eventualy take over esg i think that casey will not let it go for a song .He knows the metrics and with management owning 13 per cent you can rest easy knowing that they will be fighting tooth and nail for a nice out come .Then again if another party joins the bidding race we can all sit back with a coldy and cheer all the way to the bank
