If you are a retiree why are you taking such risks? FAR is highly speculative and these sort of price movements happen all the time with speculatives. Sorry but its a bit rich to be blaming the company for your risky investment. The whole Shell scenario is part of the exploration process. And oilers more than any other resource is often an all or nothing affair.
The potential rewards were great but so were the risks. There is no such thing as a high reward, low risk investment.
