I am not in the know, I just talked to ME today. I have been in FAR for 3~4 years now well before Senegal. My current average price is 7.8 cents which I averaged down when the price was 2 cents earlier this year so I am still losing money just like the rest of us and will not be selling out tomorrow or anytime soon. I wish in hindsight that I had sold out when the price was 12 cents or more, but like the rest of us I was also dreaming of 30 cents or more with better news. Please ring ME and ask him youself. I just hope that what he said has some truth to it.
