re: shell I think Shell were just looking for a billion easy barrels and get the other prospects for free.They probably ran out of time and when it was becoming obvious that there was not a billion easy barrels to be had they said no anyway.The upside is that any oil that is ultimately proved up by the CSEM can be taken to the bank by any future partner interested in other targets.
