Hi Shamish,
the guy I spoke to was from Ellerston - they have a small companies offering - his name is Michael Courtney.

and near the top right hand side of the webpage you will see a link 'Fund Focus' which shows the fund's top 5 holdings of which they hold 4% in EWC.

He stated Ellerston have not sold out of the stock (contrary to some posters comments here)

He said they were in near completion of getting a partner but was not overly excited as it was not a done deal.
