I should also correct that when I said swap OSH shares for STO shares it is infact STO issuing more shares so you get Santos shares that rank parri passu with existing STO shares and the OSH shares will simplty be cancelled.
As of yesterday close
Santos Market cap is approx 13.6 bill
OSH market Cap approx 8.02 Bill
so company joined together should be theoretically at least 21.62 Bill.
