My reading of the latest Sirit publicity in Colombia is that it is all about toll collection - nothing more. I've also heard that the deal with Sirit has "no blab" clauses; ie, sales, no of tags and prices of tags are not for publication. It suggests that the first we will hear of success will be in reading the next quarterly financial statement. Not much fun for the shareholders. It means that the first we hear is the stampede of insider info driving the price up. But as I'm already in, doesn't bother me.
