It is also puzzling why you would be asked in Q4 2014 calendar year to do a material transfer and then launch the device without mix and go in it. It also seems very puzzling that they would give us access to the wholistic device and then say we are launching version 1 without you.
I cant help but think this is Geoff taking the conservative approach after the delays etc that BBI have caused. Easier to err on the side of caution and personally I would prefer this approach because it means the SP will move on material news rather than in anticipation of something that as Sojourner said still could possibly not happen first off.
It must have been and in some ways still would be, annoying to have SH contacting you daily because of SP declines and delays.
