I'm not concerned about pre-work volume, its more the fact IF NAG can get the PASS, then it builds a good test case for the rest of the project, help iron out bugs as well as prove to the EPA they can manage the whole process. They will only get one shot to prove themselves if they do get it.......

Yes, I agree but I'm starting to get the impression the "Pre Works" could have a lot more PASS then what I originally thought, anyway.

It's only spec but no one seems to know, except probably JH & NAGs management and the other Tenders. They would have estimates of tonnage. As for us Shareholders, time will tell I guess.
