re: slater and gordon ready for class action All this class action stuff wont work,cant see any the courts recognising any grounds for people to win any class action.
At most the authorities will think that asx were derilect,
in not monitoring the details in company announcements closely enough,but I doubt anything will come of a class action.IMHO

Leaves me to wonder whether, if in the future, other companies that post ann's with such potential, will undergo such scrutiny and negative publicity,or is such scrutiny reserved only for companies that big business missed out on????
