I lost money on HIH, ONE and Clifford Corp and the Directors in all those companies were liars and crooks.And have been prosecuted. The same should occur for AUM directors if they have behaved illegally.............but something makes me feel that the AUM directors will deliver for their shareholders....but certainly they were out of order in their unaudited projections and that seems to be a regulatuary issue rather than a criminal one.But duty of care is a live issue.
