US$2.4 billion x P/E of 17 = US$40.8 billion (Energy Companies currently above PE/20 in Aus)
US$40.8 billion = AU$49.4 billion
AU$49.4 billion / 571,806,341 Total Class Issue
Therefore
CTP = AU$86.40 per share
