One thing is for sure that $AUD1B will be far less than what ARU really needs to have its production realized in 2025.
Probably it needs $USD1B now to comfortably complete its all pre-production's work! This may be the difficutly that ARU is facing now!
HIO announced the other day that they will not complete BFS by the end of this year because of escalating of CAPEX. (I Don't cross-promote HIO.
Their BFS was scheduled to finish by the end of 2022)
