and my analysis in Feb2022 here https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/59543474/single still waiting for announcements of funders but they will come, most likely at LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate) +4% margin, so currently anywhere between 7.7-9.0% depending on which timeframe is used (90day vs 180day vs 365day rate) with various funding periods eg 5, 7, 10 year funding. 15 year funding is Govt agencies (ECA & NAIF $300 mil) with likely similar rates of around 9-10%pa. Basically I have assumed an annual Interest bill of $A100mil reducing by $7mil annually with debt repayment of about $A80mil.
