hope i am wrong but i feel there will be no announcement in the next 3 days other than to state it is still ongoing because of blah blah blah. My reasoning behind this apart from the usual missed deadlines is that the sp is showing no signs of an upward movement which you would normally expect from this leaky boat. More than happy to be proven wrong.
