I don't know if that is the case, but from my observations of this stock so far there never seems to be any shortage of holders willing to trade it. i.e. the sell side doesn't appear to be thinning significantly enough to drive the price higher. Take a look at CAN for a contrasting example of supply/demand dynamics. I guess MXC investors will have to wait for positive company announcements on business developments or revenues before the supply/demand dynamics reverse...
