re: sp set Jemster, there are a well over 100 pages of 'disclosure' in the info from ARH/Mineralogy sent to shareholders for this meeting. More than enough to make a decision on the resolutions.
If ANYTHING was to come out from ARH/Mineralogy prior to the meeting/trading halt then they would probably have to postpone the meeting and issue a supplimentary prospectus. Cost and delay would be unacceptable - bottom line, you will not even hear a whisper.
If the shares are worth 9c now, they are worth 90c after consolidation - maths are straightforward.
Why are they 9c and not 20c+ when announcements made a while ago? I think the answers are already in the HC history for ARH.
