re: speeding ticket . crossing I genuinely think now is the time to buy.
Unfortunately due to past investors getting burnt, they are willing to sell on any small spike (i.e. 3-4%) in the hope of getting out as unscathed as possible.
New Buyers are realising this stock's potential value and are getting set, and now have it confirmed that there are no greater powers at work and can invest with more confidence.
Hopefully once those who have been burnt and want to get out, are out, we might see a nice little run in the positive direction.
