re: speeding ticket . crossing The change in substantial holding suggests some company just decided to dump the holdings...hences the continue trickle of shares over the last couple of months. With low liquidity it has produced a massive effect...the question is: why did they sell in the first place?
I think its a great time to buy if dumping has finished.
