very low volume of sellers
I recon that something is about to happen in the next month and buyers are accumulating, waiting for the bigger picture to develop.
In fairness to PEN they haven't done anything wrong by not advising the ASX. There probably only half through there analysis? No point speculating or going off half Kocked.
