Not Mercedes et al. I would expect those kinds of manufacturers to want top quality. I can admit i'm not well-researched, but it would be interesting to see what becomes 'acceptable' vs. 'quality' for a car battery in the future, and what is more in-demand out of the two. And im referring to 99.99% from hard-rock vs. 99.99% converted from brine (with these impurities that @aneeso mentioned).
