Ridgeback gets another 687.5m shares at 2c if shareholders approve it at the end of the month. They already received 72m at 1.7c , you have 53m 2018 5c options that have been exercised over the past few months. Another 147m 5c options left. It seems like a lot of profit taking has and will be taking place for some time. Id be wary of buying into any announcements.
If all these shares/options get issued/exercised and spp goes through we are looking at 2.7B shares on issue. $170m market cap at 6.3c
