You will get paperwork/prospectus mailed out in May which will have the exact number you are entitled to on the form.
It is just separated now so that you can trade the rights if you don't wish to take up the offer.
If people are still holding on to their .10 shares and free CTPO then you are still technically in the money when you add the value together.
