As with all online brokers, IMO, I am not sure if research info is relible or up to date, but c/sec has no mention of sprott as a major holder nor has it listed any large transactions ( buy or sell ) by major holders.

The largest of the majors per c/sec is HSBC @ 11.45% or around 10+ mill shares.

Can't remember and too lazy to find out if sprott ever was a major s/holder or wether it just invested heavily for investment purposes, without having to disclose, in which case IMO, they would have been selling down since around $5.50.
