Not sure what unjust cancellation of agreements against UCLs will constitutes if not forced abandonment.

What does the letter from Imidro say to support their allegations?

Nothing!

The insurer is the Australian govt arm. I don't usually trust insurers either but on the actual evidence of the project itself and its advanced stage it will be very difficult for the insurer to argue that UCL has failed to perform.

Time will tell. Hopefully it doesn't come to that as we then have to start again with a new project. Ideally the actual govt body will pull these peac.ocks into line and keep things on track - perhaps with the right support to allow MZC to do their job.

In the meantime there will probably be some short term trading possibilities followed by doldrums to the end of discussions.
