I have contacted the non executice chairman of MDA, Cosimo Damiano and crux of his reply is

The company advises its working with the ASX to lift the suspension of its shares as soon as possible. The ASX has requested clarification of our 2011 Annual Report Audit Statement and the company feels confortable these outstanding issues will be resolved and the suspension lifted, the timing of which remains uncertain.


They are not disclosing any further detials. I will try and contact him tomorrow to see if we can get any answers.

Just wondering how many we are here in HC who have their money stuck with this one !
