    And what happens in a situation as you described where the parties enter as equals( or proportional equals) but one party has a propensity to earn a lot more "EBIT " than the other?

    For example SEN generates 1 tenth the revenue of Safenet but generates 3 to 4 times more EBIT.
    Why should they go in as equals.

    Just using SEN / Safenet as examples.
