Syntonic use Wordpress for their website development. They also probably have the premium edition, which is enabled with the highest security, including region specific blocking. Wordfence is the name of the security platform. Wordpress is open source and you can read all about it online.

It is not necessarily the case however that your region has been blocked by Syntonic, even though your error message could easily be interpreted as that. It could be your device, or your specific IP.

I suppose the easiest method to check if region blocking is activated, is to use different devices to attempt to access Syntonic's website. If you can't still access it, then chances are the region is blocked.

Alternatively you can try a deep scan of your own device with a good cleaning program; maybe it is some pretty Ukraniun sites in your memory that is causing the conflict, after all, it is a place I hear full of pretty faces .
