Highest recent high was 4.2 over a week ago. Needs to break 3.9c and hold above descending trend line before 4.1c breach can be thought about.
This should take place over the coming week and break through the week after (according to daily chart)
Needs more volume if the rise to 5.9c is to occur, as it is relatively little in comparison.
The news - if positive - will help, but the move up last time was sloppy.
