The half yearly report requires the release of much more financial information than a quarterly report has in it, hence they are allowed longer to prepare it.
They do however have to release a quarterly report.
The deadline so to speak is market open on the 1st of the month. So it needs to have been released to the ASX by 10am tomorrow morning 1st Feb, if its not then the shares will be suspended until it is released. The company will also get a black mark for failing to meet its reporting obligations on time.
Yes we'll get to see some figures, the question is are they anywhere near the ones people are expecting to see?
The commentary that goes with it, is likely to be important as well, are we going to see actual download numbers? retention rates? roll-outs to other country's
