Dont worry about GHD. They will do things in a professinal manner.
Firstly they will try to resolve the problem. Try to get paid for resolving the problem if they think approporiate.
If it can't be resolved and there is a legal matter it will be passed to their professional indemnity insurer who will take care of GHD's interest.
All professional firm sing to the same song sheet on this.
Legal would take years and years which RED under its current ownership does not have and million which RED does not have.
Just wait and see and hope GHD can sort it out. Genarally GHD are a very good shop to my knowledge.
