yeah i used to work for GHD in Brisbane, Melbourne and a bit in the Adelaide office.

but this would have been designed in the Phillipines office and therefore i have no idea what the uality is like over there.

i recently had to do quite a bit of re-work on some roads that were designed by a large canadian multinational engineering company that chose to do the work cheaper in the phillipines. Without elaborating too much, these designs were terrible. But then again, australia has very good road design standards, and perhaps phillipines do not, but one woud hope that a dam design standard is universal.
