ZFX has been preening itself to be a takeover target, that's without doubt. Spinning off the smelters certainly makes it more attractive and Greg has always said he would be a willing partner.. just a question of 'price'

Launching something Xmas week is also a strategic move to prevent other bidders from coming in..

I'd give it a 20% chance :)
