Whilst we can all speculate on a takeover, ultimately any decision will be made by the DYL Board and major shaeholders who will need to onside.
If you look at the DYL top 20 Shareholders and exclude PDN's 15% you should see that over the past 2 years some of these non-corporate shareholders have increased their holdings even when the share price was over 50c.
Why would these same shareholders now think that a takeover by PDN at say 30c or 40c be benificial to them?
I am a long term holder of both PDN and DYL and I ask myself why can't Australia have 2 world class U players standing side by side? The answer is simple we can.
