If you can search through my posts in DYL going back a while you will see my view. I am of the opinion that DYL is a 'Quasi' subsidiary of PDN. I believe the most importatnt question to be asked at either a PDN or DYL AGM is 'What is PDN's strategic plan with regard to its DYL shareholding?' and to DYL managenment 'Why are they acquiring land adjacent to PDN's tenements?' and 'Why are such acquisitions intertwined with PDN being that PDN generally ends up acquiring and owning the DYL shares issued by DYL to tenement sellers (eg 1st tranche of Reptile, Calton in queensland, etc)'.
I do not know how to call up my own posts rather than going through each page of threads. If anybody can suggest an easier way please advise.
