re: takeover by blackthorn on the cards I suspect that others may also be looking to ensure due ethical processes are being adhered to. Legislation is in place to protect the interests of all shareholders, not just the privellaged few in the know.
It's just too cheap in the market. Manipulation by a few ? Views welcome.
