re: takeover target? Atlas is probably too small for BHP to be interested but now that it's exporting and turning a profit, it can't be ruled out.
It would cost about 30 times less than the failed Potash Corp venture and Kloppers is clearly in acquisition mode. But it would have to suit their strategy and I doubt it would be on their radar.
