I have checked with the Takeovers Panel and a representative
said that a company that has made a takeover bid
for an Aussie company has to wait at least 3 months before
making a lower bid , but they can make a higher bid anytime.
Last year NZO bid 10c for CUE and, IMO, given this find,
they should be still interested in CUE. The question is at what price though?
Any ideas?
